January 1 - March 31 & November 1 - December 31 *3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY* $270.00/night April 1 - June 30: *2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY* $250.00/night July 1 - October 31: *2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY* $270.00/night Holiday Rates: *THANKSGIVING - CHRISTMAS - NEW YEAR’S* $350/night - 5 night minimum *EASTER - MEMORIAL DAY - JULY 4th - LABOR DAY* $300/night - 4 night minimum One and two person rate may be considered Short-Notice discount: 5% 30-15 days or 14 days for 10% Linens Provided @ $40/master & kitchen, $15 for each additional bed $125 minimum cleaning fee 50% of Total Required to Hold - Balance (includes security deposit) to Confirm or Due 45-60 Days Prior to Arrival Good Care security deposit required & refundable w/ no damage, loss, excessive cleaning or breach of contracts Payment: Check, Money Order or Credit Card via PayPal (handling fee deducted from deposit)

Any person(s) booking a rental must be over twenty-five years of age and take full responsibility for all other guests or that person must have each person/guest sign the terms/contract and give their personal contact information before terms will be accepted by Owner.

If bookings are cancelled by you or your representative, the Good Care deposit will be returned, less a handling fee; all or a portion of the rental fee will be kept if the house cannot be re-rented.
